Lavarity Robertson appeals his convictions for first-degree murder and other felonies and his resulting sentences, including a death sentence. We have jurisdiction based on article V, section 3(b)(1) of the Florida Constitution. We affirm Robertsons convictions for two counts of first-degree murder, armed burglary and armed robbery. However, we vacate Robertsons two death sentences and remand the case to the trial judge to reweigh the remaining aggravating and mitigating circumstances and to resentence Robertson. We also vacate Robertsons consecutive life imprisonment sentences for armed robbery and armed burglary and remand for resentencing within the sentencing guidelines.
